It drizzled through Christmas and poured through New Years. Well, it was no different at our next holiday destination. Well, we got a couple of days with sunny mornings, but it rained in the afternoons. So we made the most of the sunlight we got! John being dragged by his niece Olivia. Awesome. The front 9 are from the Gavin bach. Wonderful wonderful hot pools. The baches at Lake Tarawera have a couple of competitions the baches hold every New [...]

We got to catchup with almost all of our friends when we were back in NZ. (Sorry to those who we didn’t get time to see!) The highlight was certainly Eric and Prue’s gorgeous wedding! Firstly, we went straight out to get some scallops for [...]

But we had some great wee adventures while we were home, and got to catchup with most of our mates. Was brilliant to see you all! We had dinner with the Compsci crew at the delicious Kirin in Parnell. Great japanese food, and [...]

The winds in Melbourne are great for kitesurfing, but its always better if you’ve got a buddy to go with. The boys went out both at Pt Chevalier and at Snell’s Beach. Was pretty neat conditions at Pt Chevalier when we went down. The tide was so far out, but there were dozens of kites out. It took the boys a [...]
